Pire service à vie , à l’accueil , la madame était aucunement ravis de travailler on dirait , et puis elle soupirait à répétition, ensuite on arrive à la chambre . Le lit aucunement fait et des serviettes qui traîne souillé. Retourne à l’accueil, elle appel la femme de ménage et l’insulte par la suite . Attend 1h pour qu’il fasse la chambre . Arriver à nouveau à la chambre supposément propre . Le tapis est toujours aussi mal propre , ouvre les draps , des poils et des cheveux dans le lit , on dirait bien qu’ils ont juste refais le lit , dans la toilette , des poils et papier pas flusher , on a demander remboursement

My husband and I recently spent a weekend at the Lake Placid Stagecoach Inn, and it was nothing short of magical! Before arriving, the owner Kelly, sent us a "Perfect Placid" list of the areas attractions with things to do and restaurant recommendations. So cool! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed - Kelly and her staff greeted us warmly and offered a quick tour pointing out the cozy common areas and sharing a bit of the Inn's history. The vintage accents and handcrafted furniture made us feel like we had stepped back in time. Our room (Kate Smith) was sooo comfortable, mixing rustic charm and beautiful modern amenities! Our dining experience was spectacular with seasonal offerings that support local farms and vendors. Absolutely delicious and everyone made us feel like family! The location is just minutes from everything, yet it feels like a secluded retreat. We sat on the porch and played cribbage with our wine and handcrafted cocktails. So fun and relaxing! We also visited the village shops, Mirror Lake, and biked the beautiful Adirondack Trail. Our whole trip was simply amazing... and too short! Bottom line, The Stagecoach has historic charm, 5-star dining, and a location that perfectly balances convenience with tranquility. It will warm your soul. We definitely plan to stay again!!
